Our fifth exhibition, with over 150 paintings by at least 15 artists, including many
members of the Guild of Waterway Artists. All works are for sale, or just come to

Boat Fender Making (2 day course)
Make (and take away) fenders using traditional techniques of crowning and half-hitching.
Includes a kit with all materials.

The Spiderweb Experience
Learn how to make a bookmark, canal boatman’s spiderweb belt or other piece of work using spiderweb stitches. Course fee includes materials to make your project.

Traditional Canal Bonnets (2 day course)
Introduction to making a canal boatwoman’s bonnet. Kit and instructions to make your own bonnet is provided. Please bring your own sewing machine.
